Veterinary Acupuncture

 

Veterinary acupuncture is now being offered at LaVale Veterinary Hospital!  Our early trial results have been successful in alleviating pain associated with hip dysplasia and arthritis.  All of the patients enjoyed their treatment sessions, which lasted 15 to 20 minutes.  They experienced no pain on insertion of the acupuncture needles, and most of them did not even have to be held during the treatment.  As you can see from the photos below, they just laid back, relaxed and enjoyed the benefits of acupuncture!

LaVale Veterinary Hospital Olympics

 

LaVale Veterinary Hospital held their second Hospital Olympics on April 30th.  This year's event was held on the grounds of Allegany College of America.  Four teams competed in events and the overall winning team was the "Fecalizers"!  It was a day full of fun and enjoyed by all.
