LVH is now offering Pet Portals to our clients.  Pet Portals allows you to access your pet's health care records at your convenience, 24 hours a day.

You will be able to:

  • Check your pets’ vaccination status

  • Learn about recommendations and reminders for your pets

  • Request appointments 

  • Request food and medication refills from our practice

  • Inform us when a pet is lost or deceased

  • Notify us of address or phone number changes

  • Ask a vet a question

  • Set up reminders for medication
